slapt-get 0.9.12

This release features the following changes:
  • added GPG signature verification (see FAQ#53) and --add-keys option (thanks Pat Volkerding for adding gpgme to 12.0)
  • libslapt updates, including updated download code
  • Updated documentation
  • Updated Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, and German translations
  • Added initial unit testing to tree (requires Check from http://check.sourceforge.net)
  • Added shortcuts for update (u) and install (i) (thanks Piotr)
  • --show now shows the installed version if it is newer than the newest available version (thanks Piotr)
